Wole Aluko-Olokun is an Economist in Compass Lexecon’s Houston office. As an Economist by training, Mr. Aluko-Olokun has the experience to work on international arbitration treaty and commercial cases. His work involves a variety of industries, including energy, banking, and telecommunications. Some of the matters he’s worked on involved companies from Peru, Spain, and Canada. He is responsible for preparing complex valuation models, economic analysis of regulation, and assisting counsel with damage quantum sections.
Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Mr. Aluko-Olokun was a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP’s Economics & Valuation Services practice, where he was responsible for preparing transfer pricing studies; facilitating tax treaty resolutions with foreign tax authorities; and undertaking IP valuation analyses for supply chain planning. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Aluko-Olokun was an Audit Associate at Ernst & Young LLP, where he performed US GAAP audits.
Mr. Aluko-Olokun holds a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from the University of Houston. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Summa cum Laude) from Drake University, with independent degree majors in Economics, Finance, and Accounting.
