Omer Brender is a Senior Economist with Compass Lexecon, based in Tel Aviv.
Omer has extensive experience in the field of antitrust. Before joining Compass Lexecon, Omer worked at the Israel Competition Authority for almost nine years. As a Senior Economist and Team Leader, He worked extensively on the economic analysis of markets, especially in the banking and financial sectors. Omer provided expert opinions to the Competition court on behalf of the authority, as well as writing several research reports, and taking part in several inter-ministerial committees.
Omer Has an M.A. in Financial Economics and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
