Keming Liang is a Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Pasadena and Beijing. He has extensive experience in business valuation, valuation of tangible assets and intellectual property, transfer pricing, corporate finance, merger & acquisition and damage assessment in patent infringement, breach of contract and lost profits. Keming’s experience covers a wide variety of industries, including banking, energy, entertainment & media, healthcare, retail, technology and others.

Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Keming spent two and a half years at American Institute for Economic Research conducting economic research and statistical analysis and worked as a summer financial analyst at Houlihan Lokey. He holds a Master in Finance degree from Claremont McKenna College, and obtained his BA with double majors in Economics & Business and Mathematics from Lafayette College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
