Anastasia Tseomashko is an Economist with Compass Lexecon’s competition policy practice in Paris. Since joining in 2011, Anastasia has been involved in a number of antitrust, regulation, cartel, merger and damage assessment cases in France and in other European countries.

In particular, she worked on damage cases following a cartel decision in the car glass industry, or following an abuse of dominance decision in the travelling sector. Anastasia was also involved in a merger decision in the sugar industry, and in litigation cases in the gas sector. She is notably part of the team working on the abuse of dominance case in the electricity sector.

Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Anastasia worked for the French embassy in Russia within the economics department. She was in charge of macroeconomic monitoring of the CIS countries.

Anastasia graduated the French National School of Statistics and Economic Administration (ENSAE), where she specialized in industrial organization. Anastasia also holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
