Alice Kaminski is a Vice President at Compass Lexecon with over seven years of experience in economic litigation consulting. Kaminski specializes in antitrust and complex damages litigation. She has provided research and analysis on numerous antitrust matters on behalf of companies and government agencies, in the US and abroad. Her antitrust case work includes mergers, attempted monopolization, tying, and antitrust issues related to intellectual property and standards. Kaminski has also worked on complex damages, intellectual property, credit discrimination, labor, and insider trading engagements. She has consulted in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, auto financing, wholesale mortgage lending, technology and petroleum. Kaminski has a B.A. in Economics from Mills College. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Kaminski was a Consulting Associate in the Competition Practice of Charles River Associates.
