Anderson specializes in the analysis of accounting and financial issues in antitrust matters. He has over 15 years of litigation consulting experience including extensive experience in antitrust cases, complex litigation matters and forensic accounting matters. Anderson has provided services in antitrust matters involving efficiencies and failing company issues, breach of contract and other damages matters, securities litigation, government contract disputes and forensic accounting investigations of alleged accounting fraud, procurement fraud, misappropriation of assets and other financial improprieties. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon (formerly Lexecon), he served as a Principal at LECG in Washington, DC. and was formerly with the Financial Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Anderson is a CPA and received an MS in finance and a BS in accounting and finance from the University of Baltimore.
