Hickey specializes in litigation and consulting matters involving business valuation, financial instrument valuation, securities fraud and general damage calculations. He has experience in a broad range of financial issues arising out of complex mergers and acquisitions including appraisal proceedings and post-closing disputes. He has a BA from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon (formerly Lexecon), he was a Vice President at Chicago Partners LLC.
