He has performed numerous studies involving issues in securities, antitrust, and transfer pricing matters. More specifically, Guimond has developed expertise in event study analyses, trading models, damage calculations, estimating buy-in payments, market efficiency, valuation and other topics. Guimond also has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. Before joining Lexecon, he worked as an international economist for Coopers & Lybrand. Guimond has an MA in economics from the University of Chicago and a BA in mathematics from Northwestern University. |
