David A. Fenichel

David Fenichel is a Senior Vice President with Compass Lexecon. Mr. Fenichel has more than 20 years of experience in conducting economic and financial analyses to support litigation (class certification, liability, and damages phases), arbitration/settlement discussions, and efforts to secure regulatory approval for mergers and other transactions. His experience spans a wide variety of antitrust issues, including price fixing, monopolization, and intellectual property licensing, and a wide variety of industries, including the energy, financial, health care, sports, technology, and transportation sectors. Mr. Fenichel has provided expert testimony in state regulatory commission and court proceedings on energy issues.
Mr. Fenichel holds a bachelors degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Duke University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and masters degrees in Economics and Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Mr. Fenichel was a Principal with The Brattle Group and Competition Economics, Inc.
