Dr. Dickey's areas of expertise include industrial organization, public economics, and econometrics.  He has testified at deposition and at trial in Federal court and before the U.S. Congress on issues relating to industrial organization, public economics, econometrics, and competition policy.  He has extensive experience in health care economics, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, Medicaid and Medicare.  More generally, he has conducted economic analyses across a wide range of antitrust issues, including market definition, monopoly power, exclusive dealing, bundling, price fixing, predatory pricing, and price discrimination, as well as class certification and damages. These analyses have covered a variety of industries, including health care, subsidized housing, office supplies, ticketing services, banking, insurance, and transportation.
 
Dr. Dickey earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Dickey joined Compass Lexecon from LECG, where he was a Principal. Previously, he held positions at the SPHERE Institute and the Council of Economic Advisers.
