Compass Lexecon offers employment opportunities for individuals with varied educational backgrounds and professional experience. Our Research Analysts usually come to Compass Lexecon immediately or shortly after obtaining an undergraduate degree from a top college or university. Strong computer skills are valued, and the ability to program in SAS is highly desired. Analysts often stay with Compass Lexecon for several years before obtaining additional higher education.

Compass Lexecon also offers consulting positions for individuals with Master's degrees or Doctorates in economics, business, finance or other related fields. Individuals with advanced degrees in other areas along with strong economics or other analytical backgrounds also are considered. The ability to perform and supervise complex empirical work is required, and strong computer skills are preferred. We welcome candidates with previous academic, public sector, or business employment as well as candidates who may not have prior work experience or are starting their career.
